Board of Adjustment
The Hardin County Board of Adjustment meets at 5:00 PM, with meetings held on Thursday twice each month in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room of the Hardin County Government Center in Elizabethtown. All hearings and meetings are open to the public.

The Hardin County Board of Adjustment is made up of three citizen members appointed by the Hardin County Fiscal Court. It operates under legal guidelines established in Chapter 100 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes and their bylaws.

The Board's most important responsibilities include:
